This lovely 2 bedroom townhome is located on the East End within an easy walking distance to Stewart Beach, near by restaurants located in a quiet neighborhood very accessible to all of your favorite Galveston spots. You can hear and see the Gulf from the back deck. This safe neighborhood is just minutes from everything you need, from the Grocery store down the street to the many wonderful restaurants, the Historic Strand District, Pleasure Pier, Museums, Bishops Palace, Post Office Arts District and a 5 minute walk to Stewart Beach. Come enjoy all the attractions historic Galveston has to offer.
The space
Room 1: This master bedroom has a California King sized bed, dresser and closet and a large deck with views of the Gulf – a perfect place to watch a gorgeous sunrise! The room also has a TV where you can stream your favorite shows.
Room 2: This large bedroom has a queen sized bed, dresser and closet and a balcony that overlooks the open green spaces at the east end of the island. The room also has a smart TV with Roku.
Living Room: The sofa converts into a queen sized bed. The room also has a dedicated work desk station if you need to work remote, as well as a large smart TV with Roku.
Kitchen: The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need to fix a quick snack for the beach or a full 3-course meal. There are ample pots, pans, cooking utensils, and cutlery. There is also a coffee maker, blender, stove/oven, and a dishwasher.
Laundry room: There is a washer and dryer just off the kitchen if you should need it while your here.
Garage: There is a 2-car garage that connects to the back patio which has everything you will need for day at the beach – chairs, umbrella, and cooler. Guests are welcome to park their cars in the garage or in the free parking on the street.
Other things to note
The fully fenced private back patio area has a seating area with shade provided by the deck. There are stairs up to the deck – a perfect place to star gaze or enjoy the sounds of the ocean with a beverage anytime of day or night. There is a BBQ grill – perfect for cooking up some hamburgers or steaks after a day on the beach!
There is ample parking. Guests are welcome to park in the garage or in the free parking on the street.
The townhouse features 1.5 baths. Pets are welcome with $100 per pet fee. We ask that you are thoughtful of the property and neighbors and that you clean up after your pets. Additional fees may apply if this is not done.
